March 2024 | Scammers are placing ads on search engines. They’ll often appear at the top of your search results page and might include “Ad” or “Sponsored”. Remember, our ads will never lead to a login page.
January 2024 | Fraudsters are impersonating a HarborOne customer service phone number and making unauthorized calls to request account information. We will never ask for sensitive information (including your online banking credentials) over the phone, so if you receive such a call, hang up and report it to us immediately at 800-244-7592.
December 2023 | Beware of a text scam targeting HarborOne Bank customers! Never click on suspicious links or assume a text message is from a trusted source. Scammers often spoof numbers of legitimate businesses to make spam texts appear authentic.
